Dropverse Spatial(“Dropverse”) is a product and service operated by Code Churn, LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how Code Churn, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use theDropverse Spatial mobile application, website at dropverse.io, waitlist forms, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

What data we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Account and profile information: Name, email address, username, profile photo, and preferences you provide when you register or update your account.
Contact and waitlist information: Email address and optional details submitted through early-access or partner inquiry forms on our website.
Usage and device data: App interactions, pages viewed, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
Communications: Messages you send to support and feedback you submit in the app or by email.

Location data

Dropverse Spatial is a location-based platform. With your permission, we collect precise or approximate location data from your device to show nearby Drops, verify eligibility for rewards, enable map features, and improve discovery. You can control location permissions in your device settings; some features will not work without location access. We do not sell your precise location data. Location information may be processed on your device and on our servers to deliver core Service functionality.

Account data

We use account data to authenticate you, personalize your experience, maintain your reward history and claims, prevent fraud, and communicate about your account. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize account data as described in the retention section below, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Payment processor disclosure

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. When you make a payment, your payment card details and billing information are collected and stored by the payment processor, not directly by us. We receive limited transaction metadata such as subscription status, purchase amount, and the last four digits of your card where needed for support and accounting. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used, measure performance, and improve features. These tools may collect device identifiers, event data, and aggregated usage statistics. Where required, we obtain consent before using non-essential analytics cookies or similar technologies on our website.

Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications, email, or in-app messages about nearby Drops, reward availability, account activity, product updates, and marketing promotions. You can manage notification preferences in the app or your device settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

How we share information

We may share information with:

Participating businesses when you claim or engage with their rewards, as needed to fulfill offers
Service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support)
Legal and safety purposes when required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms and child safety policies

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waitlist and marketing data are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account data is generally retained for the life of your account and for a limited period afterward unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise your rights, contact support@dropverse.io. We will verify your request as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Child Safety Standards for more information.

International users

Code Churn, LLC is based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “last updated” date below. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
