Terms of Service

These Terms are entered into between you and Code Churn, LLC, the owner and operator of Dropverse Spatial.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dropverse Spatial mobile application, website at dropverse.io, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Product description

Dropverse Spatial is a location-based rewards and discovery platform that allows users to discover Drops, unlock rewards, claim offers, access experiences, and engage with participating businesses in the real world. The Service may include free and paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases offered by Code Churn, LLC or participating partners.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Child Safety Standards, or applicable law.

Rewards and claims

Rewards, Drops, offers, and experiences are provided by participating businesses and may be subject to additional terms, eligibility rules, expiration dates, inventory limits, and geographic restrictions. Code Churn, LLC does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any third-party reward. Claims may require location verification, in-app actions, or other validation. We may modify, pause, or discontinue rewards programs at any time.

Payments and subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment, including subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Business partners may also purchase campaign tools and subscriptions through the Dropverse/Lociq partner platform, which are billed separately under the terms presented at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations

Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through your app store account or the billing portal provided at purchase, as applicable. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the platform used, and applicable law. Except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Contact support@dropverse.io for billing questions.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Spoof, falsify, or manipulate location data to claim rewards improperly
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security
  • Harass other users or participating businesses
  • Circumvent eligibility rules, rate limits, or access controls
  • Upload or distribute content that violates our child safety or content policies

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Dropverse Spatial branding, software, and content are owned by Code Churn, LLC or its licensors. Participating businesses retain rights in their own offers and materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Churn, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Real-world activities, travel, and interactions with businesses are at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Churn, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Code Churn, LLC in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
